TrustAPK Privacy Policy
בקצרה:
- TrustAPK פועלת על הטלפון שלכם. האפליקציות שאתם פותחים, משנים או בודקים, התעבורה שאתם לוכדים, הקוד המפוענח והקבצים שאתם יוצרים נשארים במכשיר. הם יוצאים ממנו רק אם אתם בוחרים לשתף או לייצא אותם.
- אין באפליקציה פרסומות, אנליטיקה, מעקב או כלי לדיווח קריסות שמשדר החוצה.
- לצורך רישוי בלבד נשלחים מפתח הרישיון, מזהה המכשיר (Android ID) ופרטי מכשיר בסיסיים לשירות הרישוי PWFAuth ולשרת הרישוי שלנו.
- האפליקציה בודקת עדכונים ב-GitHub בכל הפעלה. התשלום מתבצע ב-PayPal ותיאום ההזמנה בטלגרם.
In short:
- TrustAPK runs on your phone. The apps you open, patch or inspect, the traffic you capture, decompiled code and the files you create stay on your device. They leave it only if you choose to share or export them.
- The app has no ads, analytics, tracking, or crash reporting that sends anything out.
- For licensing only, your licence key, your device ID (Android ID) and basic device details go to the PWFAuth licensing service and to our licence server.
- The app checks GitHub for updates each time it starts. Payment goes through PayPal and orders are arranged on Telegram.

TrustAPK מפותחת ומופצת על ידי ישראל כהן, מפתח עצמאי (עוסק יחיד) מישראל ("אנחנו", "אנו"). אנחנו "בעל השליטה במאגר" / "בקר הנתונים" (Controller) לגבי המידע האישי המתואר במדיניות זו, לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981 ותקנותיו, ובמידה שהוא חל, לפי התקנה הכללית להגנת מידע של האיחוד האירופי (GDPR).
TrustAPK is developed and published by Israel Cohen, an independent developer (sole proprietor) based in Israel ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

גיבוי הנתונים של האפליקציה בענן של אנדרואיד כבוי (allowBackup=false). מחיקת נתוני האפליקציה או הסרתה מוחקות את כל המידע הזה.
Android cloud backup of the app's data is turned off (allowBackup=false). Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it deletes all of it.

We do not collect the content of apps you test, traffic you capture, files, contacts, location, or data about other devices.

כל שירות רואה את כתובת ה-IP שלכם כמו בכל פנייה לאינטרנט, ומעבד מידע לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלו.
Each service sees your IP address, as with any internet request, and handles data under its own privacy policy.

5. הרשאותPermissions
- רשימת אפליקציות מותקנות (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES) – כדי לבחור אפליקציה לבדיקה ולקרוא את קובץ ה-APK שלה במכשיר.
- התקנת אפליקציות (REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES) – כדי להעביר למתקין של אנדרואיד את האפליקציה ששיניתם ואת עדכוני TrustAPK. כל התקנה מאושרת על ידיכם במסך המערכת.
- VPN מקומי (BIND_VPN_SERVICE) – ללכידת תעבורה של אפליקציה שבחרתם, בתוך המכשיר. התעבורה אינה מנותבת לשרת שלנו.
- נתוני שימוש (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS) – לניתוח האחסון, לפי בחירתכם.
- אינטרנט, שירות בחזית, התראות, חלון צף, הפעלה עם האתחול, סגירת תהליכים ברקע – לתפעול הכלים, הפרוקסי וה-Webhooks.
- Installed apps list (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES) – to pick an app to test and read its APK on the device.
- Install apps (REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES) – to hand the patched app and TrustAPK updates to Android's installer. You approve every install on the system screen.
- Local VPN (BIND_VPN_SERVICE) – to capture the traffic of an app you choose, on the device. Traffic is not routed through our servers.
- Usage access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS) – for the storage analyser, if you choose to use it.
- Internet, foreground service, notifications, overlay, start at boot, kill background processes – to run the tools, the proxy and webhooks.
6. מטרות השימוש ובסיס חוקיPurposes and legal bases
אנו משתמשים במידע רק למטרות שלהלן, ולא מוכרים, משכירים או מעבירים מידע אישי לצד שלישי לשיווק או לפרסום. המשתמשים באיחוד האירופי, באזור הכלכלי האירופי ובבריטניה: לצד כל מטרה מצוין הבסיס החוקי לפי סעיף 6 ל-GDPR.
We use information only for the purposes below, and we do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone for marketing or advertising. For users in the EU, EEA and UK, the legal basis under Article 6 GDPR is shown next to each purpose.

9. העברת מידע מחוץ לישראלInternational transfers
אנו פועלים מישראל. ספקי השירות שלנו (למשל PayPal, טלגרם, Cloudflare ו-GitHub) עשויים לעבד מידע בשרתים בארצות הברית, באיחוד האירופי או במדינות אחרות. מידע מועבר מחוץ לישראל בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (העברת מידע אל מאגרי מידע שמחוץ לגבולות המדינה), התשס"א-2001. לגבי משתמשים באיחוד האירופי: הנציבות האירופית קבעה שישראל מעניקה רמת הגנה נאותה למידע אישי, והעברות הלאה מתבצעות על בסיס מנגנונים מוכרים, כגון החלטות הלימות או סעיפים חוזיים תקניים (SCC) של הספקים.
We operate from Israel. Our providers (for example PayPal, Telegram, Cloudflare and GitHub) may process data on servers in the United States, the EU or elsewhere. Transfers out of Israel follow the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001. For EU users: the European Commission has recognised Israel as providing an adequate level of protection, and onward transfers rely on recognised mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. הזכויות שלכםYour rights
בכפוף לדין החל עליכם, יש לכם זכות:
Subject to the law that applies to you, you have the right to:
- לעיין במידע שמוחזק עליכם ולקבל עותק שלו (סעיף 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות; סעיף 15 ל-GDPR);
- לתקן מידע שגוי, לא שלם או לא מעודכן (סעיף 14 לחוק; סעיף 16 ל-GDPR);
- למחוק מידע, כאשר אין חובה או צורך לגיטימי להמשיך להחזיקו (סעיף 17 ל-GDPR);
- להגביל עיבוד, להתנגד לעיבוד המבוסס על אינטרס לגיטימי, ולקבל את המידע בפורמט נייד (סעיפים 18, 20 ו-21 ל-GDPR);
- לבטל הסכמה בכל עת, כאשר העיבוד מבוסס על הסכמה, בלי לפגוע בחוקיות העיבוד שלפני הביטול;
- להגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות במשרד המשפטים (gov.il) או לרשות הפיקוח על הגנת מידע במדינתכם באיחוד האירופי.
- תושבי מדינות בארצות הברית שבהן חלים חוקי פרטיות (כגון קליפורניה) רשאים לבקש לדעת, לתקן ולמחוק מידע, ולא יופלו לרעה בשל מימוש זכויותיהם.
- access the data we hold about you and get a copy (section 13 of the Israeli Privacy Law; Article 15 GDPR);
- correct inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data (section 14; Article 16 GDPR);
- erase data where we have no legal duty or legitimate need to keep it (Article 17 GDPR);
- restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive your data in a portable format (Articles 18, 20 and 21 GDPR);
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing before the withdrawal;
- complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (gov.il) or to your EU data-protection supervisory authority.
- Residents of US states with privacy laws (such as California) may ask to know, correct and delete their personal information, and will not be discriminated against for doing so.
כדי לממש זכות, פנו אלינו בדוא"ל il90il90@gmail.com. ייתכן שנבקש פרטים סבירים לאימות זהותכם (למשל מפתח הרישיון או פרטי התשלום) לפני מסירת מידע או מחיקתו. רוב המידע של האפליקציה נשמר אצלכם במכשיר בלבד, ואתם יכולים למחוק אותו בעצמכם בכל רגע דרך ההגדרות של אנדרואיד ("ניקוי נתונים") או בהסרת האפליקציה.
To exercise a right, email il90il90@gmail.com. We may ask for reasonable details to verify your identity (for example your licence key or payment details) before we hand over or delete data. Most of the app's data lives only on your device, and you can delete it yourself at any time from Android settings ("Clear data") or by uninstalling the app.
11. ילדיםChildren
האפליקציה והרכישה מיועדות לבגירים (מגיל 18) ואינן מכוונות לילדים. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מילדים מתחת לגיל 16. אם נודע לכם שילד מסר לנו מידע, פנו אלינו ונמחק אותו.
The app and its purchase are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. אבטחת מידעSecurity
אנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים ומקובלים להגנה על המידע, בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע"ז-2017: הצפנה בתעבורה (HTTPS/TLS), צמצום המידע שנאסף למינימום הנדרש, הגבלת הגישה למידע לנו בלבד, ושמירת רוב המידע במכשיר שלכם. פרטי הרישיון נשמרים במכשיר מוצפנים, ותקשורת הרישוי מוצפנת וחתומה. עם זאת, אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין. אם יתרחש אירוע אבטחה חמור הנוגע למידע שלכם, נודיע לרשות להגנת הפרטיות ולכם ככל שהדין מחייב.
We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect information, in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), collecting only the minimum we need, limiting access to ourselves, and keeping most data on your own device. Licence details are stored encrypted on the device, and licensing traffic is encrypted and signed. No system is completely secure, though. If a serious security incident affects your data, we will notify the Privacy Protection Authority and you as the law requires.
13. האתר trustapk.appThe trustapk.app website
האתר מתארח ב-GitHub Pages וטוען גופנים מ-Google Fonts; שני השירותים רואים את כתובת ה-IP של המבקרים. האתר שומר בדפדפן שלכם (localStorage) רק את בחירת ערכת הצבעים. אין באתר עוגיות מעקב, אנליטיקה או פרסום, ולכן אין צורך בהסכמה לעוגיות.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts; both see visitors' IP addresses. The site stores only your colour-theme choice in your browser (localStorage). There are no tracking cookies, analytics or ads, so no cookie consent is needed.
14. שינוייםChanges
אנו עשויים לעדכן את מדיניות זו כאשר האפליקציה או הדין משתנים. התאריך שבראש הדף יעודכן, ועל שינוי מהותי נודיע מראש באתר, בערוץ העדכונים או באפליקציה. המשך השימוש אחרי שהשינוי נכנס לתוקף מהווה הסכמה לנוסח המעודכן; אם אינכם מסכימים, תוכלו להפסיק את השימוש ולמחוק את המידע כמתואר לעיל.
We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The date at the top will change, and for material changes we will give advance notice on the website, in the release notes or in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated version; if you don't, you can stop using the app and delete your data as described above.
נוסח זה מתפרסם בעברית ובאנגלית ושני הנוסחים מחייבים במידה שווה. במקרה של סתירה ביניהם יחול הנוסח המיטיב עם המשתמש.
This document is published in Hebrew and English, and both versions are equally binding. If they conflict, the version more favourable to the user applies.
