• להשתמש בה רק על אפליקציות, חשבונות, שרתים ורשתות שבבעלותכם, או שבעליהם נתנו לכם הרשאה מפורשת, ובהיקף ההרשאה בלבד (למשל במסגרת חוזה בדיקת חדירות או תוכנית Bug Bounty);
• לא להשתמש בה כדי לחדור למחשב או לחומר מחשב שלא כדין, ליירט תקשורת של אחרים, לגנוב פרטי גישה או מידע, לעקוף הגנה על זכויות יוצרים, רישוי, תשלום או DRM, לרמות, להפיץ אפליקציות ששונו, או לפגוע בזמינות של שירות;
• לפעול בהתאם לכל דין, לרבות חוק המחשבים, התשנ"ה-1995, חוק האזנת סתר, התשל"ט-1979, חוק זכות יוצרים, התשס"ח-2007, חוק הגנת הפרטיות, ומקבילותיהם במדינה שבה אתם פועלים, וכן לתנאי השימוש של האפליקציות והשירותים שאתם בודקים;
• לשמור על מידע אישי, סיסמאות ואסימונים שתלכדו, להשתמש בהם רק למטרת הבדיקה ולמחוק אותם בסיומה.

• to use it only on apps, accounts, servers and networks you own, or whose owner has given you explicit permission, and only within that permission (for example under a penetration-testing contract or a bug-bounty programme);
• not to use it to access a computer or computer material unlawfully, intercept other people's communications, steal credentials or data, circumvent copyright, licensing, payment or DRM protection, commit fraud, distribute modified apps, or disrupt a service;
• to comply with all laws, including the Israeli Computers Law 5755-1995, Wiretap Law 5739-1979, Copyright Law 5768-2007 and Privacy Protection Law, their equivalents where you operate, and the terms of the apps and services you test;
• to protect personal data, passwords and tokens you capture, use them only for the test, and delete them when it ends.

• Subject to these Terms and to payment, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install and use TrustAPK on the number of devices your licence allows, for your own personal or internal business use.
• The app is licensed, not sold. All rights in it, including copyright, trademarks, code, design and content, belong to us and our licensors. Open-source components inside it are governed by their own licences.
• You may not: share, sell, rent or publish a licence key; bypass, disable or forge the licensing mechanism or licence checks; distribute the app or a modified version of it; reverse-engineer, disassemble or decompile the app itself, except to the extent the law expressly allows despite this restriction; or use the Service unlawfully or to harm others.
• The reverse-engineering restriction applies to TrustAPK itself, not to apps you are allowed to test with it.

Downloading the app is free. Using it requires a licence, bought with a one-time payment on one of these plans:

• המחירים נקובים בדולר ארה"ב (USD), כוללים את כל התשלומים, ומוצגים באתר ובאפליקציה לפני הרכישה. אנו רשאים לשנות מחירים בעתיד; שינוי לא יחול על רישיון שכבר שולם.
• התשלום מתבצע מחוץ לאפליקציה, דרך PayPal, ומעובד על ידי PayPal לפי תנאיה ומדיניות הפרטיות שלה. איננו מקבלים ואיננו שומרים את פרטי כרטיס האשראי או החשבון הבנקאי שלכם. ייתכנו עמלות המרת מטבע או עמלות של PayPal או של הבנק שלכם, שאינן בשליטתנו.

• רישיון לתקופה (7 ימים, 30 ימים, 90 ימים או שנה) מתחיל לרוץ מרגע ההפעלה הראשונה של המפתח, ומסתיים בתום התקופה. אין חידוש אוטומטי ואין חיוב חוזר: כדי להמשיך רוכשים רישיון חדש. רישיון "לכל החיים" (Lifetime) אינו פג ואינו דורש תשלום נוסף, לכל משך הזמן שבו האפליקציה מופצת ונתמכת על ידינו (ראו "זמינות והפסקת השירות").
• על פי חוק מס ערך מוסף ופקודת מס הכנסה, נמסור קבלה או חשבונית ככל שהדין מחייב, לפי בקשה.

• Prices are in US dollars (USD), include all charges, and are shown on the website and in the app before you buy. We may change prices in the future; a change never applies to a licence already paid for.
• Payment is made outside the app through PayPal, which processes it under its own terms and privacy policy. We never receive or store your card or bank details. Currency-conversion or PayPal/bank fees may apply and are outside our control.
• After paying, send us your payment receipt on Telegram (t.me/IsraelCohen) or by email and you will receive a personal licence key, usually the same day and at most within 3 business days. If you have not received a key by then, you may cancel for a full refund.
• The number of devices each key allows is stated when you buy (by default, one device). Signing out in the app releases the device so you can move the licence to another one.
• A time-limited licence (7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 1 year) starts when the key is first activated and ends when the period runs out. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge: to continue, you buy a new licence. A Lifetime licence does not expire and needs no further payment, for as long as we distribute and support the app (see "Availability and discontinuation").
• We will issue a receipt or invoice where the law requires it, on request.

• מפתח שטרם הופעל: ניתן לבטל את העסקה בתוך 14 ימים מיום התשלום ולקבל החזר מלא, ללא דמי ביטול.
• מפתח שהופעל: אם האפליקציה אינה פועלת במכשיר שלכם כפי שהיא מתוארת באתר, ולא הצלחנו לפתור את הבעיה בתוך זמן סביר אחרי שפניתם אלינו בתוך 14 ימים מיום התשלום, תקבלו החזר מלא והמפתח יבוטל.
• פגם או אי-אספקה: אם המפתח לא נמסר, אינו תקין, או שהשירות שונה מהותית ממה שתואר, תקבלו החזר מלא בכל עת, כמתחייב מחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981.
• מחוץ למקרים אלה, ובמידה שהדין מתיר, רישיון שהופעל אינו ניתן להחזר, שכן מדובר בתוכנה שנמסרה והופעלה.
• בקשת ביטול שולחים בדוא"ל או בטלגרם, עם אישור התשלום. ההחזר מבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי (PayPal) בתוך 14 ימים מקבלת הבקשה, והמפתח מבוטל.
• צרכנים באיחוד האירופי ובבריטניה: אתם מבקשים שהתוכן הדיגיטלי יסופק מיד עם הפעלת המפתח, ומאשרים שזכות החרטה בת 14 הימים לפי הדין שם פוקעת עם ההפעלה; עדיין עומדות לכם הזכויות שבסעיף זה וזכויותיכם בגין אי-התאמה.

• Key not yet activated: you may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund, with no cancellation fee.
• Key activated: if the app does not work on your device as described on the website, and we could not fix the problem within a reasonable time after you contacted us within 14 days of payment, you get a full refund and the key is cancelled.
• Defect or non-delivery: if the key was not delivered, does not work, or the Service is materially different from its description, you get a full refund at any time, as required by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
• Outside these cases, and to the extent the law allows, an activated licence is non-refundable, because it is software that has been delivered and activated.
• Send cancellation requests by email or Telegram with your payment receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal) within 14 days of the request, and the key is cancelled.
• Consumers in the EU and UK: you ask for the digital content to be supplied immediately when you activate the key, and you acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal under local law ends on activation; the rights in this section and your rights for non-conformity still apply.

• אנו רשאים לשפר, לשנות או להסיר תכונות. נשתדל לא לפגוע מהותית בתכונות המרכזיות שבגללן רכשתם רישיון לתקופה שטרם הסתיימה.
• האפליקציה בודקת את הרישיון מול שרת הרישוי מעת לעת בזמן השימוש, וזקוקה לחיבור לאינטרנט לשם כך. רישיון שהשרת קובע שאינו תקף (למשל שפג או בוטל) יפסיק לפעול במכשיר.
• האפליקציה מסתמכת על שירותים של צדדים שלישיים (מפורטים במדיניות הפרטיות). איננו אחראים לזמינותם, לשינויים בהם או להפסקתם, אף שננסה למצוא חלופה סבירה.
• אם נחליט להפסיק את האפליקציה לצמיתות, נודיע על כך באתר לפחות 60 ימים מראש. בעלי רישיון לתקופה שנותרו בו יותר מ-30 ימים יקבלו החזר יחסי. לבעלי רישיון לכל החיים ננקוט מאמץ סביר לספק גרסה אחרונה שאינה תלויה בבדיקת רישיון מקוונת; אם לא נוכל, ובתוך 24 החודשים הראשונים מהרכישה, יינתן החזר יחסי.

• We may improve, change or remove features. We will try not to materially degrade the core features you bought a licence for while your licence period is still running.
• The app checks the licence with the licensing server from time to time while you use it, and needs an internet connection to do so. A licence the server reports as invalid (for example expired or cancelled) stops working on the device.
• The app relies on third-party services (listed in the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for their availability, changes or shutdown, though we will try to find a reasonable alternative.
• If we decide to discontinue the app permanently, we will announce it on the website at least 60 days in advance. Holders of a time-limited licence with more than 30 days left will get a pro-rata refund. For Lifetime licences we will make reasonable efforts to release a final version that does not depend on an online licence check; if we cannot, and the purchase was within the previous 24 months, a pro-rata refund will be given.

• תנאים אלה, יחד עם מדיניות הפרטיות, הם ההסכם המלא בינינו לגבי השירות.
• אם הוראה כלשהי תימצא בלתי תקפה, היא תוגבל במידה הנדרשת ויתר ההוראות יישארו בתוקף.
• ויתור על זכות במקרה אחד אינו ויתור עליה במקרה אחר.
• אינכם רשאים להעביר את זכויותיכם לפי תנאים אלה ללא הסכמתנו בכתב. אנו רשאים להעביר אותן לממשיך של הפעילות, בכפוף להודעה.
• TrustAPK היא אפליקציה עצמאית. Android ו-Google הם סימני מסחר של Google LLC; PayPal הוא סימן מסחר של PayPal, Inc.; טלגרם הוא סימן מסחר של Telegram FZ-LLC. כל סימני המסחר שייכים לבעליהם, ואין באזכורם כדי לרמוז על שיוך, חסות או אישור.
• התנאים מתפרסמים בעברית ובאנגלית ושני הנוסחים מחייבים במידה שווה; במקרה של סתירה יחול הנוסח המיטיב עם המשתמש. נודיע מראש על שינוי מהותי בתנאים, והוא לא יחול על רכישה שבוצעה לפניו.

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
• If any provision is found invalid, it will be limited to the extent necessary and the rest remains in force.
• Waiving a right once does not waive it in any other case.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a successor of the business, with notice.
• TrustAPK is an independent app. Android and Google are trademarks of Google LLC; PayPal is a trademark of PayPal, Inc.; Telegram is a trademark of Telegram FZ-LLC. All trademarks belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
• These Terms are published in Hebrew and English and both are equally binding; if they conflict, the version more favourable to the user applies. We will give advance notice of material changes, and a change never applies to a purchase made before it.
